I have recently completed Luke's intense fitness course. His usual classes are great and I decided to join. Two weeks of intense fitness and Nutrition. Well i lost 3% of my body fat and 7cm round my hips! Wow! So pleased I did it! Would defo reccomend if you see a future one! Luke has kept me motivated and actually got me in the gym at 6am!

I recently signed up for an intensive fitness course with Luke MurrayFitness. I was not sure what to expect but It turned out to be amazing. We were given the session times, eating plan, home stretches and abs to do before we started which allowed us to plan ahead for the two weeks. I surprisingly found myself enjoying the programme as it just became routine and didn't seem as much effort as dragging yourself to the gym when you are left to your own devices. Luke was super motivating and helpful and always picked us up when he saw us flagging. As we were working in a group I found we were motivating each other and there to support on the days we were struggling. The times of the sessions were really good for me as they were easy to fit in around work. The nutritional plan was very easy to follow with lots of choice. Having the online support was good as it allowed the group to form friendships as well as allowing convenient updates. We all ended up with great results which makes the hard work worth it. I think the course has set us up to continue in the right direction. I would highly recommend Luke and the course to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or wants a push in the right direction. Can't wait for the next one!

Have had a number of personal training sessions with Luke and thoroughly enjoyed them. Luke has tailored my sessions to fit an unfit 50 something and ensured I get the best workout possible. His healthy lifestyle sessions are great too. He's very knowledgeable and approachable I'd recommend the sessions for anyone who wants to see good results!

I really enjoy my PT sessions with Luke, he keeps me motivated and makes me go further than I think I'm able to. His motivation continues even when I'm on the verge of giving up and helps spur me on to get to the target. I have just had my 4th session of 8 with Luke and can feel the improvements. I'm feeling more confident in the gym knowing more about what I need to work an and what will help. I think I'm going to try and book some extra sessions so that I can Benefit even more from all his knowledge! He works me hard and I have a laugh when doing it, even if it's just us laughing at my hip cracking during certain exercises. Highly recommend Luke as a PT he knows what he's talking about and how to work to everyone's individual needs. Thanks for making the gym a less scary place!

I have recently joined the JD gym and met Luke. I booked in for a PT session with him as I am currently pregnant and was not sure what exercises I could continue to do. Luke is very good at what he does and I am very pleased with the session/ programme he has put together for me. I am thoroughly enjoying my time at the gym thanks to Luke and looking forward to continuing to work with him throughout my pregnancy. He is very approachable and motivating and I would definitely recommend him as a personal trainer.

Luke is a great PT, very friendly and professional! Every session I've had has been fun, energetic and different. Always pushing you further but still checks your okay. The classes he runs at the gym are also great, gets everyone motivated! Would definitely recommend him!

I have been having block sessions with Luke since the gym first opened, my initial goal was to enhance my fitness levels and weight loss. Luke is very approachable and tailors sessions to achieve your goals. When i finished my first block booking i had increase my fitness level tenfold and had lost 6% body fat, as well as gaining muscle. Whilst training with Luke he possesses the motivation that one would lack, he encourages you to push yourself to the limit. I would highly recommend Luke for PT, hence why i have continued with another block booking, no matter what level of fitness you have Luke will adapt sessions to suit your needs.
