1-to-1 Personal Training Session (between £25-£40 per session)
These sessions are typically 1 hour in duration, just you and the trainer, offering the most individualised personal plan. Everything is tailored towards achieving your goals. You will get the fastest results from this training option.
2-to-1 Persona Training Session (between £40-£60 per session)
We appreciate at LM Fitness that hiring a personal trainer can be a daunting thing and that sometimes its nice to have a friend alongside you. If this is the case, you can share your session with a friend and workout together for a small increase in price. The cost of the session is split between you therefore this option can offer a more cost effective training option.
Small Group Personal Training Session (3-5 people), (between £60-£80 per session)
Have a group of friends or family who would like to train together but find it difficult to find time where your all free at the same time, perhaps due to child care, or work commitments? Why not hire a personal trainer to come to one of your homes, bringing all the required kit and train you there. Plus, bring the kids with you and save on the baby sitter. *Please be advised, all though children are welcome to attend training sessions, they would not be able to join in with the exercise regime.
Boxercise sessions (between £15-£35 per session)
Ever fancied learning how to Box? For self-defence, weight-loss, letting off some steam after a hard day at work, whatever the reason, Boxercise can have many great benefits to your health. Come and learn a new still along with having fun at the same time.
Junior Fitness Training (between £15-£25 per session)
Fully qualified, insured and DBS checked Personal Trainer will come to your location and work with children and teenagers on a safe and effective fitness workout. We will educate them on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including physical training and nutritional guidance an appropriate level in order to build a good relationship with food, teach them how to workout safely and also how to enjoy their workout.
Personal Training Packages
Block bookings are the most cost-effective way of having personal training, they offer the largest reduction in price per session, include nutritional guidance, body composition assessments and online support. They require an advanced payment for either 10 or 15 sessions at the start of your package of support. Prices vary so please contact us directly.
Online programme card (from £35 each)
An option for those who have the motivation to go and workout on their own but still want a little bit of guidance from a qualified professional on what to do. You can opt for a programme card. An illustrated, comprehensive plan to follow on your own at the gym or at home. Follow for 4-6 weeks before having it reviewed.
